Each service matches a Missouri DD Waiver employment definition and is tied to the person’s PCSP goals. One Employment Specialist stays with the job seeker from first conversation to long-term success.
A focused, time-limited discovery process. We learn the person’s skills, interests, and conditions for success through conversations, community visits, and job exploration, then write a career plan together.

One-to-one job coaching after hire: learning job tasks, building relationships with coworkers, and adjusting as the job changes. We fade support as natural workplace support grows.

Coaching for small teams working in integrated community businesses. Each person earns wages and builds experience, with a clear path toward individual employment.

Every job seeker moves at their own pace. These four stages follow the Missouri DD employment service array, and the person can start at whichever stage fits.

Career Planning explores strengths, interests, and ideal working conditions, and ends with a written career plan the person helped write.

Prevocational Services and benefits planning build job-readiness skills and answer questions about how earnings affect benefits.

Job Development matches the person with a local employer and a role that fits their career plan, and supports them through applications, interviews, and the offer.

Supported Employment provides on-site coaching that fades over time, plus long-term follow-along for raises, promotions, and new goals.
